Oktoberfest Celebrations for First Flat Festival at Naas Racecourse
The inaugural running of Naas Racecourse Oktoberfest Weekend Festival takes place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 October. The weekend will conclude the flat season at Naas with some top-class racing featuring The Listed RFL Steels Stakes, Irish Stallion Farms EBF Birdcatcher Premier Nursery Handicap and The Colm White Bookmaker November Handicap as well as Irish EBF Auction Series Race Final.
There will be also lot’s happening off the track with Oktoberfest package on offer on day 1 of the festival which will see the marquee transformed into a Bavarian party, with delicious traditional food, steins, music from The Camembert Quartet and, of course, Oktoberfest themed games! The perfect opportunity to get some family or friends together to enjoy an action-packed day at the races and racegoers are encouraged to attend in their finest lederhosen’s.
As the flat season draws to an end, we will host our TRM Leading Trainer and Yard Awards on Day 2 of the festival and we will have the TOTE spin to win wheel on site all weekend giving racegoers the opportunity to win some free goodies.
