Naas Hits Top Gear with Finlay Ford

Naas Racecourse are delighted to announce its partnership with Naas-based Finlay Motor Group to be its official vehicle partner for 2023.

The agreement will see the Naas Racecourse track foreman Shane Webb drive the new Ford Ranger Wildtrack around the racecourse and display Ford vehicles throughout the enclosure on select race days. The launch will coincide with the Grade 3 Finlay Ford At Naas Novice Steeplechase on the January Jumps race day Sunday 29th January.

In 2022 the three-mile contest saw the Willie Mullins-trained Stattler have his winning prep run before taking the Grade 2 National Hunt Chase at the Cheltenham Festival.

David McLoughlin, sales director of Finlay Motor Group commented:

“We are delighted to partner with Naas Racecourse and continue our support of Irish racing. It is important to us, to support local and in supplying Europe’s best-selling pick-up truck. The Ford Ranger we hope to have a long and positive relationship with Naas Racecourse. This partnership gives us the opportunity to showcase our products and also to enjoy some social occasions with our customers.”

Eamonn McEvoy, general manager of Naas Racecourse said:

“We are thrilled to welcome Finlay Motor Group on board as our official Vehicle Partner for 2023. The team at Finlay Ford have been great to work with and we are delighted to partner

with a local Naas business. Our own track team are very impressed with the new Ford Ranger Wildtrack and we look forward to showcasing more of their range of vehicles to our racegoers throughout the year.
