Join us for an exciting afternoon of racing and entertainment at Naas Racecourse on Bank Holiday Monday, August 3rd. The Irish EBF Ballyhane Stakes Day is one of the highlights of the Naas racing calendar, featuring the richest race ran at Naas the €200,000 Irish EBF Ballyhane Stakes , combining top-class racing with a fantastic day out for all ages.

Returning after its success last year, our popular Rugby Sweepstakes gives all racegoers the chance to win fantastic prizes. Participants will be randomly allocated a runner in the €200,000 Irish EBF Ballyhane Stakes, with the winner receiving two tickets to Ireland v South Africa at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, November 21st, along with a hotel stay. A runner-up prize of a VIP Day at the Races for two, including dinner in the Panoramic Restaurant, is also up for grabs, while everyone selected in the sweepstakes will receive a complimentary copy of The Centenary of Naas Racecourse book.

Off the track, there will be plenty to keep the whole family entertained, including the popular Treo Eile Meet the Racehorse Experience, where visitors can meet former Slaney Hurdle winner Briar Hill, along with face painting, a racehorse simulator, BBQ’s & more happening throughout the day.

Owners & Trainers Guide

Over recent years Naas has consistently focused on how it can best serve the racing industry. Significant capital investment on the track & the facilities generally has meant that we can now offer international standard service to all race goers but especially Owners & Trainers. Naas is known as the Nursery of Champions and holds several very important meetings which are strategically placed to serve as prep opportunities for key festival meeting. We would be delighted to extend every courtesy to you if you would like to consider running a horse at Naas.
