The Grade 1 honours went the way of Bellshill in the Lawlor’s Hotel Novice Hurdle for the in-form team of Andrea and Graham Wylie, Willie Mullins and Ruby Walsh. Bellshill lived up to the expectations that his starting price of 2/5 implied, staying on well to win by an authoritative five lengths.
